The website features lush, clean renderings of each property, along with detailed information about its unique features, amenities, floor plans, and location. We believe that the information should not interfere with the beauty of the renderings, so we have ensured that they are both showcased effectively.

We created a unique property book for each custom-made single-family residence that highlights the project's features and maintains a lush laid-back aesthetic. The property book includes details on square footage, amenities, finishes, appliances, and location, providing buyers with comprehensive information about their property. We focussed on developing an individual brand identity for each residence, showcasing its unique characteristics. We also created a one-sheeter for quick reference.
